We are participating in St. Baldrick's again, in honor to our champion, our warrior, our hero, our beloved Jose Andres (Joche), who earned his wings around a year and a half ago. Jose Andres proudly and actively participated each year in the St. Baldrick's Foundation to raise awareness and funds for childhood cancer research, with the hope that all children diagnosed with cancer will have a better chance for a cure. This is tribute to him and all the kids who have not had the chance to survive cancer.
