Celebrating 25 Years

St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.

National Partner

Team Fighting Irishman with Francis Parker School

This is the 8th year that Francis Parker School has joined with Our Lady of Lourdes to fight childhood cancer. We are striving for a mighty goal this year: to reach the million dollar mark for money raised at this event. Children here in Louisville have directly been affected by treatments discovered through money raised by St. Baldricks. Our hero and namesake, THE Fighting Irishman, Patrick McSweeney, will be finally cancer free this May after 7 relapses and 19 years in treatment. Please help us to save the lives of more children facing cancer today.

Please join us or support our team with a donation.

Research is hope for kids with cancer, but donations to find cures have been down since 2020. Your gift will give kids hope, supporting the largest charitable funder of childhood cancer research grants.

Let’s make sure kids know we still have their back. Please give generously, to give them the long, healthy lives they deserve.
