Celebrating 25 Years

St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.

The Milton Terrace PTA is working to help out the St. Baldrick's Foundation this year. We would be so thankful if you could help us in our efforts. This year we have created a Milton Terrace team and would love to have as many students, families, teachers, and staff involved as possible. Our efforts will support the St. Baldrick's Foundation on March 9th, 2019. The event will be held at the Saratoga City Tavern from 10am to 4pm.

St. Baldrick's is a volunteer and donor powered charity committed to supporting research to find cures for childhood cancers. They are the largest private funder of childhood cancer research. Each year 300,000 children are diagnosed with cancer. More children die of childhood cancer than any other disease. There are over a dozen types of childhood cancers, each requiring specific research to develop the best treatment for every child. Only 4% of U.S. funding is dedicated to childhood cancer research, because childhood cancer drugs are not profitable.

Every little bit makes a huge difference. You can help in many ways. You can help by making a donation, you could register to shave at the event and you can join us on March 9th to support those who have decided to shave. The event has fun for all ages. There will be raffle donations, crafts, face painting and even some games.

We thank you for your support and hope you can join us on March 9th!
