For the third year in a row, Grand Valley Power employees, members and friends are shaving our heads to raise money for childhood cancer research! Last year, we were able to raise over $12,000, and this year we hope to raise the same (and more!).

New for 2018! This year, we're asking our members to join us! We have room for 5 of our members, PLUS their families to come to our official head shaving event on June 21. If we max out, we welcome you to still join the team but attend the main event on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Charlie Dwellington's.  First come, first served basis!

So, will you make a donation or join the team as a head shavee or volunteer? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. We appreciate your help with our efforts to raise money for cures!

Our head shaving event will be on:

Thursday June 21st, 2018 at 2pm

845 22 Road, Grand Junction, CO 81505

With much gratitude, Grand Valley Power
