We are shaving our heads to raise money for childhood cancer research!  On November 24, 2015 five-year-old TJ was found to have a large tumor on his right kidney.  Surgery was performed on November 30 to remove the approximately two pound tumor and kidney. The pathology results showed that it was a Wilms ' tumor, which is a malignant tumor of the kidney. Fortunately, the cancer had not spread. Chemotherapy was started on December 5th. He also needed a small amount of radiation, which he received in 6 treatments over 8 days in December. TJ is now 9 weeks into his 30 week treatment plan, which he hopes to complete in July, as he will be starting Kindergarten in August!  Please join us to help raise money in St. Baldricks research to help find cures for children with cancer!
