Dear Fellow Co-workers:

Some of us City Employees are going to do something pretty extreme, and we are asking you to join us in one of two ways: You can do what we are doing, or you can support us with a donation for childhood cancer research!

We are going to have our heads shaved at a St. Baldrick’s Foundation event. Please come out and watch TEAM GROSSINGER on Sunday, March 17th at Durty Nellies Irish Bar in Palatine, IL.

With our bald heads, We will stand in solidarity with kids being treated for cancer. But the real point of all this is to raise money for life-saving research. We are doing it for infants, children, teens and young adults fighting cancer. While it’s especially hard to think of kids fighting cancer, we are also glad to know that some of the research supported by this foundation ultimately helps to fight all cancers.

Please make a donation on our heads and come watch us “Shaving the Way to Conquer Kids’ Cancer!”

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

It's all about the kids. Let's fund childhood cancer research to help kids grow up cancer-free. Get involved or make a donation today, and click a photo below to see why we need cures now.
