As students of New Hope-Solebury, we are aware of the devastating effects pediatric cancer can have on entire communities. Every single individual in our school has their own experience with cancer. Whether by enduring a loss personally or by knowing somebody who has, this wicked disease has played a role in each of our lives. Students in our own district have passed away due to cancer, along with innocent children across the nation and across the globe. It is in honor of these students, with special acknowledgements to Ethan Toohey, Robert Nagg, and Dominic Liples, that the Class of 2020 asks you to make a donation. We plan to raise money for cancer research, to educate others on this dreadful disease, and to spread hope for a promising future. Several of our peers are shaving their heads for the cause while many others are volunteering and fundraising. We not only ask that you consider donating any amount of money, large or small, to contribute to St. Baldrick’s, but we also encourage you to stop by the Upper Elementary School on March 18th. There you will see the hard work and dedication of students throughout the entire district as they come together to support an incredibly important cause.

With much appreciation,

The Class of 2020
