Celebrating 25 Years

St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.

Diakos Family "Bowlin's Baldies"

Can you think of anything more important than saving the life of a child?

I have been a Volunteer with St. Baldricks for a number of years and as a family we have all been involved for the past 3 years. This year we we inspired to shave our heads as a family to support childhood cancer research and raise funds for children who need our help.

Although childhood cancer fortunately has not directly affected our family. What truly drove this decision home was  our beloved Pediatrician Dr. Marcela Heinrich's granddaughter being diagnosed with ALL (Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia) a week after her 4th birthday. She is in active treatment in Tennessee.  Her name is Vivian Bowlin and she has been selected as our honor child this year. We are shaving our heads to bring awareness to the brave battle that her and other children like her are fighting every day.

Cancer takes too much from kids. We want to show strength for them and raise money to find a cure.

Please join our fight by making a donation today.

Ways you can help: DONATE what you can to support our fundraising goal. SHARE our page to spread the word and come to the event to cheer us on.
