7 years ago my life was forever changed when Erin & I introduced Norah into this world.

Since then our hearts have been filled with happiness, laughter, and more love than I could have ever imagined. It has been a trip, all good but sometimes hard, but we've learned so much along the way.

I've learned a lot about my little girl, but even more about myself. I've re-learned the power of prayer, family, community, and friends... those known & unknown. I've learned that people are truly, genuinely good and will rally behind a little one at the drop of a hat. No questions asked, no explanation needed.

Norah was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma when she was 2 months old. A week later, the longest week ever, she had surgery to remove her left eye, and with it the cancer. Since then she has been cancer free and and we could not be more grateful.

I've never felt a greater weakness and more vulnerable than at that moment when we were told that our little girl has cancer. At the time, there was little we could do, but now we know that there is more that can be done. And that is why I am here. I'm shaving for awareness. I'm shaving for help. I'm shaving for hope. And most importantly, I'm shaving for the next "Norah" and the parents that have to hear those awful words, "your child has cancer."

Please help us help those that need it most.
