Like many across the world, the first-year Design and Production students at Boston University have been impacted, either directly or indirectly, by cancer. Our shared experiences have driven us to participate in hack/reduce & Boston Big Data's Go BIG and Go BALD for Child Cancer Research event. Through the fundraiser, supporting St. Baldrick's Foundation, we will raise money for childhood cancer research. This research will not only help to extend the lives of childhood cancer patients and to search for cures, but also to improve the effectiveness and minimize the negative side effects of treatments. At the end of our fundraiser, one member of our group will shave their head as an act of solidarity with the patients.

Our baseline fundraising goal is $2,500, to be reached by November 2, 2015. We ask you to consider donating any amount to this cause, and deeply thank you for your contribution.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
