I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Urbana South: The Block is Hot (and Bald)

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Urbana South: The Block is Hot (and Bald)

I wanted to participate in the St. Baldrick's activities because of various reasons. Cancer is a terrible thing, I don't think there are many people whom it doesn't affect. My best friend has had cancer a couple of times, my brother's best friend passed about 7.5 years ago and I've had family that this has affected. My best friend is 24 years old. My brother's friend would have been 21.
While my goal is to raise AT LEAST $5,000-10,000 (but I really hope to raise more) for this event. Your donations will help me find the courage to shave my head. I could opt to have only part of my hair cut, but it wouldn't be solidarity if I didn't shave it off.
St. Baldrick's raises money for Children's Cancer research. To help those who SHOULD have the rest of their lives to grow up and have their dreams come true, but don't.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me raise money for this honorable cause. For the children who fight so hard everyday when they should be outside at the playground making friends and growing up.
Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated!
