I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Rhyseeboy

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Rhyseeboy

Just one week after I turned five, I was diagnosed with Leukemia (a cancer of the blood). I have been taking chemotherapy medication (chemo) every day since. Some of the chemo I took made me very sick, too sick to go to school, and made my hair fall out. My hair grew back when I stopped taking that particularly yucky type chemo and I haven’t cut it since it grew back.

While I still take chemo every day, my hair is now below my shoulders. I am shaving my head along with my mom, dad, and older sister to raise money for children’s cancer research. Kids' cancers are different from grownups' cancers and childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded.

I am surviving cancer (cross your fingers) and want to help other kids survive.

But I need your help. Will you make a donation?

Because kids can’t fight cancer alone.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
