My hair is too long, and needs to go. You know what they say, go big or go home! When I found out I could shave my head for St.Baldrick's and give more than a bag of ponytails, I was intrigued. As I learned more my excitement to get involved overcame my lingering fear, and here I am, eager to support St.Baldrick's and to see what shape my head is under all this hair!
I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.
Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. If you're in the Chicago area, come out to the DuPage County Fair for the day and show your support in person!
Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
