I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: NRHH Alumni

Hello everyone! Over the last 5 years, I have been fortunate to volunteer, serve on the core committee, raise over $1,000, and even donate my hair to St. Baldrick's all while raising money for childhood cancer research! St. Baldrick's needs us now more than ever. While the world stopped because of COVID-19, cancer did not stop. I am very excited to participate in these virtual events including a 5k and virtual Shave-a-thon! This year I will be cutting 8 inches of my hair and donating it to Children with Hair Loss, while raising funds for St. Baldrick's! It's the best of both worlds. Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U. S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids. Now I need your support!
