I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Little Girl, Big Hopes

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

NOTE FROM SAMANTHA:  Hi, my name is Sami Creech and I am 11 years old. I would love nothing more than to raise $5,000 or more for The St. Baldrick’s Foundation. This will me and my dad’s second time shaving our heads for this charity. My great uncle fought and beat leukemia when he was young and now he lives a happy life and is a grandpa! Think about all the kids whose lives end because of cancer. It is a lot because a cure has not been found. The more money we raise the more there is a chance there can be a cure. This means no one will have to suffer from cancer and by shaving my head and raising money, I think it would help a lot. If you donate to our efforts, you will help find a cure for childhood cancer. Thank you, Sami

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
