Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.
On Mar 16, 2019, I will be shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research at: UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland Outpatient Center, 744 52nd Street, Oakland, CA US. Currently my hair is 55cm (1.8 feet, or 21 inches). Pictures and videos will be posted.
For my American friends, I decided to pick St Baldrick's Foundation: https://www.stbaldricks.org/participants/mypage/996180/2019
For my Canadian friends, I decided to pick BC Children's Hospital Foundation: https://secure.bcchf.ca/SuperheroPages/main.cfm?Event=BFD&Member=94216
Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Please share this with your families and friends, don't forget to check with your employer for donation matching.
Thank you for supporting Brave the Shave for Kids with Cancer with UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland.
Your contribution is greatly appreciated.
PS: If you have a picture of my that you think I should be using for this fundraising page, please let me know.
