I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Edit: Wow! Thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far! With less than a month to go, I've decided to increase my goal to $5,000. Keep spreading the word!

Hi everyone!

As many of you may remember, I participated in the St. Baldrick’s event back in high school where I shaved my head to raise money for childhood cancer research in addition to donating 14 inches of my hair. To mark the 10-year anniversary, I’ve decided to participate again this year at Rush Children’s hospital in Chicago on May 10th.

This event holds special importance to me as my dad was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia last January and has undergone treatment at Rush University Medical Center where the event will be taking place. A big thank you to everyone who has reached out with kind words of encouragement over the past year, and more recently when we found out that Dad had relapsed with AML.

I would be so grateful to those who can help me reach my goal of $3,500 from now until April. No amount is too small! Thanks in advance to anyone who can contribute!
