I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Dear Friends and Family,

On April 30th I will be fully shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research, like I did last year. I have set a goal of $1,500. Why am I doing this? Well, we all have been touched by cancer in some way. Two of my grandparents battled cancer and are thankfully now healthy after treatment. We also have many family friends who have encountered cancer - one who is still fighting as a brave teenager. I wish that nobody, especially kids, had to endure this.

Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? And unfortunately childhood cancer research remains extremely underfunded. So I want to do my small part. I hope you'll help me help these kids - thank you!

Best Wishes,

Van Crocker III
