I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

After watching my father die from cancer in early 2016, I can't imagine a child ever having to go through anything similar. So, I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research!

As a former Trumbull resident and Jane Ryan alumnus, I've chosen to join the team at my former elementary school to honor Trumbull's Ryan Joyce, who - at 3 years old - lost his fight with neuroblastoma in 2015.

If you didn't know, research for childhood cancer is extremely underfunded when compared to adult cancer research.

In honor of Ryan, and in support of me shaving my head, will you make a donation in hopes of making a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
