I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Year number four! So, I'm shaving my head again to raise money for childhood cancer research! After seeing my Mom go through this process, I couldn't imagine a child going through it. Over 10,000 kids under the age of 15 will be diagnosed with some form of cancer this year. Because of major treatment advances in recent years, more than 80% of children with cancer now survive 5 years or more. However, there is still much work to be done. Even if a child does make it through treatment, they have to deal with the long term side effects for the rest of their lives. Let's help raise money for research that will increase survival rates and reduce long term side effects. Your contributions can help thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting cancer. Let's help these families and kids out, people!
