I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

So, I'm doing it. I'm going to shave my head to raise money toward research in childhood cancer. I've always been adamant about donating my hair every time I cut it, but that only helps one kid at a time. By shaving my head through the St. Baldrick's Foundation, I'll be helping thousands of infants, kids, and teens. In addition to shaving my head, I will also be donating the hair I shave off. While I don't personally know anyone with childhood cancer, I've seen the incredible damage that cancer brings not only to the person with it, but also to all of those that are close to them. Cancer is something that no one should have to live with, especially not children. Prior to signing up for shaving my head, I didn't even realize that childhood cancer is actually different from adult cancer. And unfortunately, it is also underfunded. 14,583 kids get diagnosed with cancer each month. Let's change that. Please consider donating to put an end to childhood cancer.
