I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Kylee's Wish, sponsored by Enterprise  Kids Zone and Triad

Cancer can strike any of us, but it's particularly tragic when a child is forced to face cancer. Children right here in our community - our friends and neighbors -  are battling cancer, and none of our children are truly immune. As fathers, we have an instinct to protect our children from any harm. And as members of this community, we extend our love to all of its children.

We want to do something to help, so we're raising money for cancer research. If helping children with cancer isn't incentive enough, one of Reno Dads' founding fathers, Mike McDowell, will shave his head if we hit our goal of $500!

Now we need your help. Will you please make a donation of whatever you can afford? $5. $20. $50. $100. Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
