I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving my head again this year to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

This will be the ninth year that I had shaved my head as part of the St. Baldrick's team.  Over the past eight years, with your support and generosity, together we have raised almost $13,000. Now I need your help to take that total even higher.

Will you make a donation? Please take a few minutes and read about all the amazing work the St. Baldrick’s Foundation is doing to end childhood cancers. Every dollar you give makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

Yes, I will be dyeing my hair the week before the big shave again this year. What’s the color this year? As in year’s past, that will be up to you. Every dollar you give is a vote for the color of your choice

And if you can, please join Jen, Zack, Avery and I on March 10 at the Raleigh Beer Garden, have a pint and be part of the festivities as I and the rest of the shavees go bald for a wonderful cause.

Thank you so very much!
