I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with:
Ecolab South Loop
It's that time of the year again! Last year I started giving back. I would like to continue to do this every year going forward.
Most of you know by now that I was diagnosed with Testicular Cancer in May of 2015. I am lucky enough to say that I am well over a year cancer free! It is because of great doctors and great treatment that I can say that. Through my own experience I know how difficult it is to fund beating cancer. Honestly, I'm one of the lucky ones and I can say I've had an amazing 25 years of life because of my amazing friends and family. These children have not been able to live life yet. They deserve to experience all the great things this world has to offer. It is because of my own experience that I feel the need to help in this great cause. On March 23rd I will be shaving my head again to let these children know they are not alone and to raise money for childhood cancer research.
Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least three years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
