I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Dominic

It's that time of year again where I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research. Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer but only 4% of federal funding is dedicated to childhood cancer research. Over the past few years several kids in our town have been diagnosed with various forms of cancer, and two of them have tragically succumbed to their disease (Ethan in 2011 and Robert in 2013). Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
