I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I would like to participate in St. Baldrick’s Fundraiser because I want to help raise money for childhood cancer research. This issue is close to my heart because I recently lost my grandfather to cancer and I feel no one, especially children, should have to suffer with the terrible disease that is cancer. St. Baldrick’s will give me an opportunity to help children who are suffering from cancer. I plan to raise $200 to support this cause by asking my family and friends as well as some of my neighbors to donate up to $10 each. St Baldrick’s is a great cause and I am excited to participate in it. I'm cutting my hair to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
