This is year #10 for me to shave my head at St. Baldrick's! I do this in honor of my son, Patrick, who has been battling leukemia for 12 years. Patrick is now undergoing experimental therapy at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia that is funded, in part, by St. Baldrick's. Patrick's attending physician is a St. Baldrick's scholar. The funds you donate on my head in honor of Patrick and in support of St. Baldrick's has given hope to Patrick and many other children in this experimental treatment.
I have seen the fruits of your efforts. I see it every time Patrick has the chance at a three point basket, at a chip onto the green, as he is able to live the life of a teenager. I thank you for your generosity!
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least fifteen years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
