I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Ochsner

Hello Friends. Everybody knows my passion for my job and pediatric oncology. St Baldrick's shares its funds around the country to help fund pediatric oncology research and patient care. They recently funded our Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Program at Ochsner, the region's only comprehensive care clinic for this age group. They have helped fund our infusion clinic in the past, providing a comfortable, fun environment for kids and young adults having to go through a challenging time. I know some of you are thinking it is not much of a sacrifice for me to lose what little hair I have on my head, but I ask you this question: What is more precious - that which you have plenty of or that which you have only a few left? Besides, I am upping the ante and shaving my luxurious beard as well! Please feel free to join us at Finn McCool's on Saturday March 19th to cheer our team on. Please pass this along to your friends, social media buddies, etc. etc. And if you feel like it, please take a chance to read about St Baldrick's and consider donating money. This is a wonderful charity that directly helps children and young adults with cancer. Thank you!!
