Last year I shared about a close family friend who was about to undergo a bone marrow transplant - I am thrilled to say that it was a success! I'm also proud to say that my mother, stepmother, and mother-in-law are cancer survivors! But I have never known anyone closely whose child was stricken with cancer. I can only imagine how much more devastating and difficult it is than for an adult. And they are not the same! Please stand with me and Squadron 3 as we embark on our annual effort to raise money and awareness for children's cancer research. #every3minutes (I can honestly say this is my first hashtag ever!)
