I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

This past year I became a pediatric oncology nurse and I learned first hand how devastating childhood cancer is. I have been truly affected by the brave children and families I have had the honor of caring for and getting to know. I have watched beautiful children as young as two months old diagnosed with this life threatening illness and have seen children cry over the loss of their hair. Now I'm trying to give back. I've decided to shave my head on March 12th to raise money for childhood cancer research and show my solidarity with the little warriors I see at work each day. My goal is 750 dollars. Please give in honor of a family member or friend affected by cancer, or give in honor of the healthy children in your life.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
