I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Cub Pack 161

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Cub Pack 161

Over Christmas break, Aiden, one of my son's friends and classmates was diagnosed with medullablastoma. Within days of first experiencing symptoms, he had surgery to remove the tumor from the back of his brain. He is currently in the middle of 6 weeks of radiation therapy. He will then have a few weeks rest then undergo chemotherapy. This amazingly strong little boy is a fighter and is in good spirits. We are confident that the improvements in cancer treatment over the last 20 years will allow him to beat this disease. There is still a long way to go to develop better treatments and improve survival rates of childhood cancers.

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
