I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: SHS Poetry Club/Slam Team

My life has been affected by cancer for only a short, but heartbreaking time. I originally participated in the ST. Baldricks event in 2014, where I shaved my head after raising around $250. I never expected Anything to come of it, but In 2014, My godfather lost his battle with lung cancer. He believed in making sure that kids whit cancer were able to lead a full, fulfilling life. I am doing this fundraiser because I want no one to ever feel this type of pain. Every donation counts, no matter what you can afford to give. Just know that you are giving to something much greater than any of us, a cure. Something like that sounds like science fiction, but that is inching ever closer to becoming a reality. Please consider donating whatever you can afford.

With love,
Colin
