I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Thank you for visiting my page! I'm CUTTING 8" of my hair to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

I'm so excited and grateful to have this opportunity where I can help raise money and awareness for girls and boys battling cancer everywhere. This is such an incredible organization and I am honoured to participate this year. I have donated my hair before to "Locks of Love" and I wanted to do it again. I was inspired to participate with St. Baldrick's by friends at school who are shaving and cutting their hair as well. A friend of mine was diagnosed with AML Leukemia a few years ago, but she was so strong and believed, and now she is cancer free! I am inspired by her constantly and I want to be able to help children and their families receive the treatment and care they deserve. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
