I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Bald by Design

As many of you know, 25 years ago our oldest son, Paul, went to heaven after a battle with a brain tumor. At the time, when he had his head shaved for surgery, my husband and I talked about how we should both shave our heads, but just never did it. Life went on and that thought always stayed with me as a "should have done it thought".   Last year, I met Jennifer Jones Turchin and Lynn Cloete McMullan and they told me about St Baldrick's. What a perfect opportunity to finally shave my head 25 years later in memory of Paul and raise money for a great cause, too! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded.  Yes I am asking for your help! Will you please make a donation? If everyone just gave a $1.00, I would be thrilled!  Every dollar makes a difference for fighting childhood cancers.
