I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Kenzie The Cancer Kicker

Tyce and Kenzie have been buddies since the womb and their mommies have been friends since Kindergarten. While he can not even come close to understanding the depth of this disease, he did see some of the physical effects of her treatment. Watching him be shy and scared the first time he saw Kenzie with no hair broke my heart! He felt uncomfortable standing in the same driveway as his best buddy! He quickly warmed up and realized that she was still the same ole Kenzie she's always been, sassy as ever :) His heart broke when Kenzie couldn't come to his birthday party in October and regularly talks about the things they will do when Kenzie "isn't sick anymore." His long hair is driving him nuts, but he insists on waiting until Kenzie's "party" to shave it! I'm not sure I'll ever know how he has internalized this at the age of 4, but he has loved Kenzie every step of the way! I'm so very proud of his loving nature and positive outlook for Kenzie!
