I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Cheryl

Hello everyone I would like to tell you about a little girl named Cheryl. Cheryl had a younger sister, a blind mother and a father who worked hard to support his family. When Cheryl was 3 years old, she was diagnosed with cancer. The doctors amputated her arm to stop it from spreading, with treatment she went into remission for a short while. In a few short years the cancer came back. With no fear Cheryl accepted her fate and turned her attention to help others deal with their issues. When Cheryl passed on at 9, her parents marriage started to struggle and eventually dissolved. Her sister Angie Brown grew up and married me, had children which she was able to give Cheryl as our daughters middle name. The stories I have heard about that little girl was nothing short of awesome. It is too bad that I never gotten a chance to know Cheryl personally as my sister in law. My son Nathaniel and I are participating in the St.Baldricks foundation fundraiser to help raise money for children's cancer research. We believe that with a little help, we can be that much closer to saving somebody else's daughter, sister, or anyone.

Thank You
