I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research
*Pledge money for Kyler as he shaves his head for St.Baldricks on March 16th*
On March 16th NMHS is hosting an event for St.Baldricks, a childhood cancer charity that funds research to find a cure. Kids cancers are different from adult cancers and childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. Less than 5% of the federal governments total funding goes to childhood cancer research and it's one of the leading causes of death by disease in children under the age of 15 in the US. We decided to start a webpage to fundraise for the cause! We hate to ask for donations but when we found out how underfunded childhood cancers were we knew we had to at least attempt to raise funds. Together we can all make a difference and give childhood cancer the research it deserves! Thank you all so much in advance❤️

St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.
