I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

My name is Roxy and I've been thinking about shaving my head for St. Baldricks for 2 years now! It's not the first time I've been bald! (but that's another story). I was inspired to do this by friends at my old school and a friend of my mom's called Susan who have shaved their heads. I luckily don't know too many people who have had cancer except for my daddy who had a kidney removed because of cancer. It must be very scary to be a child with cancer. I want to help children with cancer to get better by shaving my head to raise funds!

You can help me by making a donation! Hope you can come and watch me get my head shaved on March 13th at Warwick Academy!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
