I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Hair We Go Again

Marisa, My Wife, Mya and Lia. That's Why I Shave.

This is my ninth year shaving my head to raise money for children s' cancer research. Those of us who shave our heads or participate with St. Baldricks in any way can probably trace the reason back to a special someone who inspired their participation. My inspiration is Marisa...As the video states so poignantly 'the day you hear your child has cancer, your world changes.' Marisa made such a wonderful difference in our lives in the years we shared together; it makes me proud to make a difference in her honor by shaving my head in solidarity with all children who have to suffer with cancer and its treatments. Marisa faced cancer with the innocence of a child and the furvid heart of a child that just wants to keep going and going...just like our girl.

Look for my Godson Joey Rivera and make a donation towards his goal while you're at it!!lol
