I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hi, my name is John Jones.  I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research for several reasons.  First and most obvious is these kids.  Having two boys, I can't imagine what it must be like to go through life with a cancer stricken child.  Second, God continues to bless our family and we want to continue to give back to our community.  Finally, the St. Baldrick's foundation has been on my heart for a few years and I decided that for my 40th year on this earth that I would fulfill this goal. Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now, here is my challenge to my friends, family, and co-workers...I need your help!!! My family will match dollar for dollar any donation up to $2500. My goal is to earn $5000 for this organization and I will put my money where my mouth is.  If you donate $25, I will donate $25 and so on up to $2500 total dollars from my family.  Will you make a donation??? I challenge you to make a difference in the lives of these children!

I will be posting before and after photos throughout this journey.

Thank you,

John (and Family)
