I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hi Everyone, One of my former students, Gianna, is currently fighting Stage 4 Hodgkin Lymphoma.  She is an amazing young lady - and I consider myself lucky to have had her as a student.  If you are a teacher, you know what I am talking about.  Gianna is a special student that makes everyone want to be better, better friend, better student, better teacher.  She is one of the friendliest, most optimistic people I know - and she is beating this.  Hopefully with your help, we can find a cure.  In the photo gallery below is a picture of Gianna - look at the smile on her face.

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
