I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
St. Baldricks is a charity where people hoping to make a difference come to shave their head bald. Earlier, they get pledges of money to shave their heads then donate them to children's cancer cure research.
My grandmother died from cancer in 2008, so that's a large part of why I’m doing this. At first i wanted to do locks of love, but it would take forever to grow my hair to 10", so that wasn't going to work. But there was another option…
My dad was the first to come up with it. He remembered that one of my cousins(Paul)did St. Baldricks several years ago. We looked into it and found that it was the perfect thing to do.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.
