I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: CSULB HSBA

Cancer affects the lives of many everyday including our own. We feel very privileged to live cancer free and would like to honor those who have fought and continue to fight this disease. This will be Abe's second consecutive year volunteering to shave his head at a St. Baldrick's event. Through this experience, it is our goal to stand in solidarity and show support to everyone affected by cancer. This year we will be dedicating this experience to two of Abe's cousins battling cancer. Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So we decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Last year together we raised approximately $950 dollars and this year with all of your help we hope to surpass the $1,000 mark! All money raised will be used for childhood cancer research! Now we need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Don't worry if you are unable to donate at this time, you can still help us by spreading the word to your friends and family. Together we can make a difference!
