I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

Almost everyone is affected by cancer someway. Whether it be a family member, a friend, or having been diagnosed with cancer, everyone knows someone that has been touched by this devilish disease. I am doing this in memory of my mom, who passed away in December of 2011 from a bile duct cancer called cholangiocarcinoma, and so that children who are so unlucky as to be diagnosed with cancer at a young age can grow up and enjoy life like I have. Cancer is a terrible disease that nobody wants to live through, so let's all do our part in putting a stop to cancer.
