I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

This year Kyle has asked if he could participate in the St. Baldrick’s event. When I asked him his reasoning he simply told me “I want to help the kids with Cancer. I want to get rid of cancer and this is how I can help.” With tears in my eyes I told him he’ll be bald for a while and would he be ok with that. He said “ I was a little nervous but it’s only hair and it’ll grow back. Besides helping the kids is what matters.” I also mentioned that he will have to go to people and ask for sponsors. His reply was “Mommy if people are kind and care do you think they’ll give some money?” I quickly told him yes that many people want to help. He plans on coming into the office and go door to door to ask for peoples support. If you would like to support Kyle in his quest please donate via the link. We are all so proud of him.
