Dear Family, Friends and Colleagues, Greetings!! I trust that this finds you all well and getting ready for spring! Over the years I know that many of you have seen my hair go from salt & pepper and now to full gray. It is time to do away with it all together and take stock of the scars I have accumulated over the years. I have decided to once again be a St. Baldrick’s Shavee this year!! The big difference this year is that I am offering up my beard as well. This should be interesting as the last time I shaved my beard was 1981. This could be scary!! I have also joined ‘Team Beard’ with several of my teammates at the office. For those of you that are not familiar with the St. Baldrick's program, it is a charity that funds research to cure cancers that specifically plague children. I will be bald to stand in solidarity with the children who are impacted by these horrible diseases. These brave kids battle every day and I want to help!! My company, NetApp, is an Emerald Club level sponsor this year and has raised more than $4.8M over that last four years. This year I am jumping in to help meet our fund raising goals.
