I have a special reason to be participating in this event. One of my young cousins was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia this past year. He is an outgoing energetic young man who loves the Badgers and is always involved in some sort of sport. I am so proud to call this brave young man my cousin. I have read that childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded and St. Baldrick's has such a unique way of raising money. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
Also, I have been growing my hair out, and I believe it's long enough now that I'll be able to donate it to Locks for Love at the same time. :)
