As you may know, I supporter The St. Baldrick’s Foundation to raise funds for the fight against childhood cancer. What you may not know is that St. Baldrick's provides funding for the most promising research to help find cures for kids with cancer. Worldwide, a child is diagnosed with cancer every 3 minutes. In the U.S., 1 in 5 children diagnosed will not survive. Of those who do survive, 2 out of 3 will suffer long-term effects from treatment. The good news is that we can help change those statistics! St. Baldrick’s volunteers have made a powerful impact in the fight against childhood cancer. And as a result, since 2005, St. Baldrick’s has granted nearly $2 million in Phoenix, Arizona, for childhood cancer research, and $127 million nationwide. Please help me in the fight against this disease and be a hero to kids with cancer!
