I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.

I am proud to say that I'm doing this in honor of Blake Schuler. Blake is an amazing 13 year old boy that was diagnosed with Stage 4 Peripheral T-Cell Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma (cancer of the lymphnodes). Blake also has several other medical conditions including dwarfism, asthma, chronic lung disease, pulmonary fibrosis, adrenal deficiency, hypothyroidism, environmental allergies, and high potassium causing complications to his treatment of the cancer.

But more than that Blake is a fighter and he will continue to fight this battle showing us all the importance of never giving up. He is the kid who can put a smile on anybody's face. He is a person that even when he is sick and in the hospital he always asks people if THEY are ok and he is a great brother to his sister.

So please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
