I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Bald Beauties of Peter Mayer

Finding a 4 leaf clover is pretty easy according to my dad. He could find them all of the time. After pestering him to show me, he told me his secret, which I'll share with you in a bit, but also gave me a little book called Finding Four Leaf Clovers. To find four leaf clovers, you need to look on the edges of the patch where there's new growth. It's where mutations or one gene wins over another and new plants are where the four leaves make these clovers special. My dad passed away in 1999 due to cancer. I cannot tell you how many people I know have had, or are currently battling cancer - either with the disease or supporting the person who has it. What I can say is that it will define them for the rest of their lives no matter what. And for children with cancer, it will define their lifetime. Let us help them know that they are special and only know the experience as one of love. So how do you find four leaf clovers? As my dad told me, "First you have to remember to stop and look for them." Please take a moment to help me raise some money for some good kids.
